You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After 24 Hours (Before Shipment)

Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the order is shipped will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Within 24 hours: 100% refund — no cancellation fees.
  • After 24 hours (before shipment): 90% refund (10% cancellation fee applies).
  • After shipment: Cancellation not possible; refer to our Refund Policy for returns.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • If production has already started, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once completed.

5. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Bulk orders typically require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
